Prepared the CEO for a fireside chat series spanning 40 partner organizations, and led two national campaigns that contributed to a 41% increase in Latinx MBA Summit attendance from 2024 to 2025.     Advise leadership on external affairs, brand positioning, and donor communications for a family-serving organization in Los Angeles. Built repeatable communications frameworks, relaunched fundraising after a three-year pause, and led the first AI-supported fundraising initiative to re-engage stakeholders and expand the donor pipeline. Led this as an organizational change effort, establishing new communications processes and tracking donor engagement metrics to guide continuous improvement after the multi-year pause.

    Lead National Producer

    Paramount Global (CBS News)

    Led editorial coverage of approximately 400 stories annually, serving as lead producer for roughly 50 national breaking news events each year, including the Palisades and Eaton fires and the first confirmed U.S. COVID-19 case. Developed scripts, editorial messaging, and executive briefing materials that translated rapidly evolving events into clear communications for audiences of more than 15 million. Coordinated cross-functional editorial, production, and field teams, advising senior leadership on high-impact editorial decisions. Promoted from Associate Producer to Lead National Producer, expanding responsibility for bilingual national coverage across the U.S. and Latin America. Coverage aired across CBS Mornings, CBS Evening News, CBS Weekend News, CBS Saturday Morning, and CBS News 24/7. Leveraged regional knowledge to guide team positioning and coverage strategy during fast-moving crisis events. Supervised election coverage across evening newscasts for one of Southern California's largest television audiences, driving an 18% increase in viewership over three years.
